First of all, Hongdae has a subway that connects directly to Incheon Airport, has a lot of attractions and food, and is a good place to connect various tourist courses such as Sinchon, Ewha Womans University, Hapjeong, and Mangwon, so foreigners especially book hotels here!

RYSE, Autograph Collection Hotel is a hotel with superior accessibility that takes 250m on foot from Exit 9 of Hongik University Entrance Station.
Inside the building, there are famous bars and restaurants in Hongdae, and I actually visited both bars and restaurants and it was so nice!
And this place is a great place to stay with pets, so if you’re traveling with them, it’s a great place.
Of course, there are separate rooms where pets can stay, so it’s better to ask in advance!
The amenities are so well-equipped that I don’t think there will be any inconvenience using them! But it’s a shame that it’s not cheap because it’s a four-star hotel.
Maybe it’s because it’s a hotel that many tourists visit and it’s easy to access, right?
But I recommend Hongdae Hotel Top 5, because I think it’s a hotel that’s worth a lot!
2. L7 Hongdae(★★★★)

L7 Hongdae is a 150m walk from Exit 1 of Hongik University Entrance Station, so you can see it as soon as you get out of the exit.
This is one of the most visited hotels by foreigners, because of the clean facilities and reasonable prices.
It has all the amenities and a swimming pool! The pool with lights in the evening is so pretty that it’s perfect to enjoy swimming while drinking cocktails!
This is why I recommend Hongdae Hotel Top 5!!
However, I think this part is a bit disappointing because I have to pay extra for the swimming pool. The amount varies from hour to hour and is about 3~40 USD.
Fitness is also available, but there are not many equipment. L7 Hongdae is recommended for tourists who want to use reasonable accommodation!
3. Holiday Inn Express Seoul Hongdae (★★★☆)

Holiday Inn Express Seoul Hongdae is located next to the entrance to AK PLAZA as soon as you turn the right corner as you come out of Exit 5 of Hongik University Entrance Station.
The accessibility to the station is the best, and especially since it is an airport railway station that connects Incheon International Airport, it is good to make it the first or last accommodation for a trip to Korea.
The price is reasonable because breakfast is included, and the quality of breakfast is not bad.
The room size is suitable for two people, and it is rather quiet because it is a little far from the main street of Hongdae.
Considering the price aspect and the provision of breakfast, I think it is a reasonable hotel.
4. Mercure Ambassador Seoul Hongdae(★★★★)

Mercure Ambassador Seoul Hongdae is right next to RYSE Hotel. Both hotels are luxury hotels, so you can choose according to your taste.
Overall, it is well-received for its clean hygiene and comfortable bedding, but the room is narrower than the RYSE hotel at a similar price range.
The hotel is also accessible and Spanish-speaking, making it a good place for Spanish-speaking tourists to visit.
Personally, I recommend the RYSE hotel for the same price.
5. Nine Brick Hotel(★★★)

Nine Brick Hotel is the cheapest of the five hotels. I think there are definitely people who want to save on accommodation costs when traveling to Korea.
The location is next to the RYSE Hotel mentioned above and has good accessibility. Since there are no swimming pools or fitness facilities, convenience facilities are lagging behind other places, but considering the price, it makes sense.
The staff is very friendly and the hygiene is thoroughly managed. Among Hongdae hotels, The Designers Hongdae Hotel is the same 3-star hotel, and of course, Nine Brick Hotel is a little more expensive In the case of The Designers Hongdae, as can be seen from the AGODA rating, it is not a hotel that I want to recommend to foreigners.
This hotel is recommended for tourists who want a reasonably priced hotel.
